MAIL SERVICE
The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail directly to tenant suites.
SMALL PACKAGES
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
LARGE PACKAGES
Large deliveries and freight for 1919 Charlotte Avenue take place in the first floor lobby. Freight deliveries must utilize the loading dock located on the garage level. Loading dock deliveries are restricted to trucks less than 10 feet in height. Delivery vehicles over 10 feet in height must park curbside at in front of the building. The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure a tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
